A management dashboard that reads a company's own history and answers three questions: is it solvent this month, which work is actually profitable, and who owes money that is aging.
I am building it now. I have run the estimation approach against the historical data of three companies with different business models, with no schema change required, and I am keeping it generic while it is pre-launch.
