I work on the current .NET stack (.NET 10, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, EF Core) and connect it to the code already running your business. Modernization is incremental: route new functionality through a modern layer, run the old and new side by side, and cut over piece by piece, so nothing stops while the platform moves.
I also know the legacy well - VB.NET WebForms, Visual WebGui, WinForms, classic Web API, EDMX / EF6 - which is what makes a migration safe.
